INFORMACION SOBRE LA FEDERACIÓN NATURISTA INTERNACIONAL (FNI)

Dear INF federations,

I recently received the following question from a federation: “When do we have to make some motions?”
These are the dates that the INF sent in an email on December 10, 2015

- Motions are due Aug. 16, 2016
- Delegates must be registered by Sept. 16, 2016

Be sure to get confirmation that the INF has received your motion. In the past, some federations have sent motions that the INF said they never received.

It is interesting to me that the INF is not publishing these dates in Focus or the Congress Newsletters nor are they sending any reminders.

Also, remember to check the download centre. Documents are sometimes posted there without any notice.

There is also a “protected” download area that can only be accessed with a password.

There are already 4 motions listed in this “protected” area to modify the INF statutes! I do not understand why these motions have to be kept in the secret area.
IMPORTANT: One of the motions proposed is to increase the power of the EC at the expense of the CC.
The motion says that the EC will be able do anything that is not “explicitly reserved” for the CC. Read the statutes and see what is currently “explicitly reserved” for the CC. The answer: almost nothing

Finally, small federations should be aware that they have more power than they think. The statutes say:
§ 9: General Assemblies, I. General Assembly, #7
"Upon request of a member, a second vote will be conducted according to the country votes. If the results of the two vote casts are contradictory, no decision is taken.”
What that means:
- Any delegate can request a country vote on any issue.
- Each delegate only has ONE country vote. So in a country vote, the small federations are equal to the big federations.

I encourage you to get involved in the INF-FNI. It is YOUR organization. You, as a federation, are the owner of the INF-FNI. You must take responsibility for it and keep it under control.

Ya hay 4 movimientos mencionados en esta zona "protegida" para modificar los estatutos INF! No entiendo por qué estos movimientos tienen que ser mantenidos en el área secreta.
IMPORTANTE: Una de las mociones propuestas es aumentar el poder de la CE a expensas de la CC.
La moción dice que la CE será capaz de hacer cualquier cosa que no está "explícitamente reservada" para el CC. Leer los estatutos y ver lo que está actualmente "explícitamente reservada" para el CC. La respuesta: casi nada

Por último, las pequeñas federaciones deben ser conscientes de que tienen más poder de lo que piensan. Los estatutos dicen:
§ 9: Asamblea General, I. Asamblea General, # 7
"A petición de un miembro, una segunda votación se llevará a cabo de acuerdo a los votos de los países. Si los resultados de los dos elencos voto son contradictorios, no se toma ninguna decisión."
Lo que esto significa:
- Cualquier delegado puede solicitar una votación país sobre cualquier tema.
- Cada delegado tiene solamente un voto país. Así, en una votación país, las pequeñas federaciones son iguales a las grandes federaciones.
